Beaverton Community Expo

The Beaverton Community Expo is a free community event hosted by the Beaverton Area Chamber of Commerce that brings together local businesses, organizations, and community members at City Fountain Park to showcase products, services, and resources while fostering connections within the Beaverton community.
During the event, the project team hosted an information booth where community members learned about upcoming traffic closures and detour routes.
Vancouver's Pride Block Party

The I-5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project team participated in Vancouver's Pride Block Party. 2026 marked the 32nd anniversary of Vancouver, Washington’s Pride in the Park — the city’s original pride event, formally known as “Saturday in the Park.” This event, in addition to being the longest-running LGBTQ+ pride celebration in Southwestern Washington, is a celebration of life, a gathering of joy, and a place to discover support and friends.

N Mississippi Ave Street Fair

The I-5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project team participated in the N Mississippi Ave Street Fair. Every summer, North Mississippi Avenue in Portland, OR closes to traffic and transforms into Portland's largest street fair. This is a day-long celebration of community, creativity, and culture that draws thousands to the neighborhood.
